Temporary files

This directory is for random files that can be changed or deleted at any
moment. It's mostly for my own use. If I want a file to be
Web-accessible, for instance if I need to pass a URL to a friend, I just
put the file here. And then I delete it when I'm done with it.
Don't expect anything in this directory to last longer than a few minutes.
(Although stuff will probably accumulate here until the end of days. You
know how junk drawers and messy desks are.)
Sometimes I use this directory to hold files until I find a better place
for them.
